Why now

14 July 2026: the EU completes its approval of the new trade agreement with Mexico. It removes most remaining tariffs.¹
9 April 2026: a new law to promote investment in strategic infrastructure. The 2026 to 2030 investment plan names 5.6 trillion pesos.²
Plan México: immediate depreciation for new fixed assets acquired by 30 September 2030, subject to conditions.³

How the self-check calculates: the methodology

Your data, in brief

Your answers stay in your browser. The self-check is scored right there. Only if you give us your email address and agree do we store your details and your result, to send you the PDF and get in touch.
Miguel uses artificial intelligence. Your messages pass through our server to an AI provider in the US, which generates the reply. We only store the conversation if you request a Route Sketch and agree.
We don't sell or hand over your data. We only work with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email, AI), under contract.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the EU GDPR, plus the ARCO rights under Mexican law. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us: adegyves@senda-mexico.com
